In collaboration research with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, we have commercialized the moisture analyzer (TDLAS T-1 series) first in Japan. By detecting the water molecule directly with laser, it achieved the outstanding quick response, chemical resistance and long-term stability.
Chilled Mirror Dew Point Hygrometers
DewStar series is based on the primary method of chilled mirror type hygrometer ruled in JIS. We have 3 models depending on the measurement range and another model of probe separate type.
DewStar is used for various applications such as the standard instrument of humidity, dew point measurement of furnace, chambers, clean rooms, etc.
Humidity Generators
SRH/SRG series is based on the divided flow humidity generating method ruled in JIS. It offers accurate humidity conditions and used for the research and development of bio-technology, fuel cell battery, etc.
